Look through this list of case modding tools over at PC Apex. You should be pleasantly surprised that you can get a nice set of the basic tools for a lot less than you may think. It is dangerous though, one quick look at the knockout punch or some of the other tools and you may find that you are sprouting all sorts of creative ideas, and a serious desire to head to the hardware store.
