While no longer a good estimation of gaming performance at its default resolution of 1280×1024, the synthetic tests in the 3DMark06 suite continue to be very useful.    The single texture fill rate test shows a dramatically different story than the multi-sample test and only with the single results do we see the additional work the ROPs on the GTX can do over the new G92 architecture.
