The Futuremark 3DMark06 benchmark was released many moons ago and has become a popular test for GPU benchmarks and CPUs as well.  You can see my full overview of the new benchmark, what it has to offer over the 2005 version and some other initial scores from my previous article

While the gaming benchmark of the 3DMark06 application is very outdated, as you can see there is almost no scaling from three GPUs to four GPUs, the information provided by the synthetic tests is much more intriguing.  All of these tests, including the fill rate, pixel and vertex shaders and SM3.0 tests, show fantastic scaling up from a single GPU to four; if developers and the AMD driver team can harness this power there is still hope!
