Crysis

Crysis (DirectX 10)

Without a doubt the most breath taking game I have seen yet, Crysis is from the developers of Far Cry, yet another title that was ahead of its time.  This game will bring any system to its knees, but look good doing it.

Crysis is definitely a title that can use all the shader power it can access – and this easy to see when you look at some of these scaling numbers.  At 1280×1024, our smallest resolution tested, we saw a 10% average frame rate gain; this is also the case at 1920×1200.  We still need MORE power to really get Crysis running where it should but hopefully by the end of 2008 you’ll be able to play the game as the screenshots told us you would.
