How noisy is Thermaltake’s new Toughpower?

Thermaltake’s Toughpower QFan 650w PSU is up on the bench at [H]ard|OCP. 650w is a very popular amount right now, being about the perfect spot to run a mid ranged gaming rig, with power to spare. The other feature that this PSU offers is the QFan, a specially designed 140mm fan that is supposed to reduce the noise it generates. Read on to see how it fared through their torture test.
