The Gigabyte EP45-DQ6 has an almost obscene amount of connectors, from 10 SATA ports to four PCIe based Realtek 8111C Gigabit LAN ports and triple RAID.  It’s not ready for retail yet, but you can see this incredible board at Hardware Zone.
