Here we see that 3DMark Vantage performs much better on the AMD Radeon HD 4850 512MB than the 8800 GT card.
The physics simulation portions of the 3DMark Vantage software leans more heavily in the way of the GeForce 8800 GT card – both particles and cloth simulations run faster on the NVIDIA GPU. In other tests the new AMD RV770 architecture has fairly large advantages otherwise.
