Thermaltake (cont’d)
Inside a back room in the booth Thermaltake was showing off a new custom refrigerated liquid cooling system that is much smaller than other similar devices.

There will be two versions of the Xpressar RCS100 – one that is fixed tubing like seen above for OEMs and system builders and another soft tubing version for end users to install in their own cases.

The system performs very well – with an Intel dual core processor clocked at 4.0 GHz the CPU is sitting pretty at 40C.

This interesting CPU cooler has a working name of “Rotation” due to its unique design; air flows out the top/sides of the fins.

Thermaltake will be selling a new line of high-end entertainment cases called LUXA – this one includes a 7″ display though others will have smaller screens and lower prices.

If you are on the lookout for a new power supply, Thermaltake has a couple to offer. If you need a beast of a power supply try out the 1400W ToughPower XT with ESA support or you require flashing LED lights there are the new Xaser Gaming 600W/700W modular power supplies.
Well, there you have it – cases, cooling and power supplies from this year’s Computex show. You can expect that PC Perspective will have review units of most of these devices in the near future so check back soon!
