This might look like your average remote controlled Dalek toy, but nothing could be further from the truth.

The toy has been retro-fitted with a miniscule pinhole spy cam by a London security firm, which has lent it to us to have a play with. The Dalek sits on your desk and beams pictures back over 100m to a radio receiver, which then shows you what the Dalek sees on a 10″ LCD monitor.

It’s a seriously cool bit of kit, made all the more interesting by its uniqueness. Building one of these will cost you a minor fortune, especially given that the pinhole security camera is professional quality.
