Crysis – Single GPU

Crysis (DirectX 10)

Without a doubt the most breath taking game I have seen yet, Crysis is from the developers of Far Cry, yet another title that was ahead of its time.  This game will bring any system to its knees, but look good doing it.

Even at 1280×1024, Crysis remains a very intense game on just about any PC hardware as you can see here. The three 9600 GT cards perform on the same level here but leave the HD 3870 card from AMD behind slightly.  As we up the resolution the increase in clock speed on the ASUS and XFX cards shows some more benefits getting as much as 20% faster average frame rates in our game play testing.
