The Futuremark 3DMark06 benchmark was released many moons ago and has
become a popular test for GPU benchmarks and CPUs as well. You can see my full overview of the new benchmark, what it has to offer over the 2005 version and some other initial scores from my previous article.
Our 3DMark06 results show a close comparison between the new 9500 GT and 8600 GTS card as I expected; overall it looks like the G92-based 9500 GT has slightly better shading performance than the 8600 GTS but falls behind in vertex processing. As for the AMD Radeon HD 3650 512MB card – even its high scores in the pixel shading synthetic test won’t save it in real world gaming…
This card has lasted me five This card has lasted me five years and can still play alot of modern games at 30+ fps, Its been an amazing card and ill be sad to see it go but its time for my computer to recieve an upgrade but if your looking for a reliable and a graphics card that can play modern games on medium to low and older games on medium to high then this is the card for you. Its very PSU friendly which my new cards wont be as much as they will require 1000w.
Hello,
for this Hello,
for this particular model, does it matter which of the two dvi output connector (left or right one) I hook the monitor to? or are they the same performance-wise?
