It is not that BioStar has been guilty of making bad motherboards, it is more that they have tended to focus on motherboards with minimal features and low prices.  The T-Power I45 tries to change that image, pairing a P45 and ICH10R chips and offering quite a selection of extras, including overclocking software.  [H]ard|OCP has changed their minds about BioStar thanks to this board, maybe you will as well.
