The Thermaltake Toughpower enclosure is painted a silvery-gray-tan color and uses a single 140mm fan on the bottom side for cooling.  The fan speed is dynamically adjusted based on power supply load and temperature.  As you can see in the previous picture, the fan guard is formed from the sheet metal housing – functional, but a nice wire guard would be nicer looking.

The large seven bladed fan is manufactured by Yate Loon Electronics (D14BH-12) and is capable of moving a large amount of air to keep all the internal bits cool.  (Note: this is a high-speed version of the D14BM-12 used in several other Toughpower  PSUs.)
