A Detailed Look

The SilverStone ST45NF fan-less power supply features an all aluminum enclosure.  The thick extruded bottom plate is covered with fins to provide added surface area to help dissipate heat and all four sides incorporate an open honeycomb grill to enable natural convection airflow through the PSU.


The SST-ST45NF has two LEDs on the back panel (above the main On-Off switch) to provide a visual indication of the power supply’s operational status.


The ST45NF power supply has a full assortment of cables and connectors, which are hard-wired into the PSU and covered with braided plastic mesh sleeving up to the first connector on each cable.  The cables range from 19” to 22” in length to the first connector.
