The top panel of the Hiper Osiris enclosure contains a single 120mm exhaust fan towards the back and a conveniently located I/O panel towards the front.

Moving around to the rear of the enclosure reveals a fairly typical mid-tower ATX layout except the power supply is located at the bottom of the enclosure, which provides increased stability.  A rear 120mm exhaust fan moves warm air out of the CPU/motherboard area.  Note the two pre-drilled holes with plastic grommets for use with external water-cooling systems.

Flipping the Osiris case upside down exposes four aluminum feet with rubber inserts.  You can also see the bottom mounted air intake for the PSU with a dust filter.
