NVIDIA GeForce 9400/9300 Chipset Review: IGP for Intel

The Intel G45 motherboard has a very small performance lead (only 3%) over the NVIDIA GF9300 chipset more than likely due to the slight performance edge Intel’s memory controller offered in our first set of tests. 



The MP3 encoding process puts both the G45 and GF9300 chipsets on the same performance level as we would expect for CPU intense applications.


Differing by only1 second, the WinRAR results are a tie.


The CineBench 10 results show equal performance as this test is very much a CPU benchmark and doesn’t depend as much on other subsystems like memory.
