Zotac GF9300-A-E BIOS
As you might imagine, the motherboard BIOS options on the Zotac GF9300-A-E are very similar to that of the MSI P7NGM-Digital. We’ll point out the differences below.
Here you can see the frame buffer option of 512MB that wasn’t included on the MSI board.
Also of note is the ability to overclock the GPU in the BIOS from the 450/1200 factory settings up to…
1000 MHz core clock …
And 2000 MHz shader clock… Of course, reaching those limits is likely not an option. I was able to push them to 500/1300 without any problems and that is a good indication as to why this first round of motherboards is completely GF9300 based.
I continue to fall in love with the ability to view the “Current Value” alongside any settings you might want to change.
Unfortunately, even with all the other overclocking parts of this BIOS, this is the only voltage controls we have: memory and north bridge.
