“Thermaltake’s new SpinQ CPU cooler delivers good cooling performance with minimal noise and it looks great. The fit-n-finish is good and the performance to noise ratio is above average. The cooler is easy to install and features mounts for both Intel and AMD platforms. However overclockers and users interested in maximum performance will likely want to look elsewhere.”Here are some more Cases & Cooling reviews from around the web:

It’s great grandfather used to crush cars
The Thermaltake SpinQ CPU has a very unique look, one that seems more like an industrial strength rotating rock crusher than a heatsink. It’s odd shape means you are unlikely to be able to install your own fan if you are looking for more powerful cooling, but also lends its self to efficiency. The noise this cooler produces is fairly low, which makes this cooler great for those not looking to overclock and are more interested in a quiet PC. You can find Lee’s review here, so give it a read.
