“We take 10 high profile thermal pastes used for mating heatsink surfaces to CPUs and other components and subject those to over 1200 hours of testing to find out which one reigns supreme. Drop or spread? And we tried American cheese too, just in case you find yourself in a pinch.”Here are some more Cases & Cooling reviews from around the web:

A unique way to grill cheese
[H]ard|OCP has assembled a thermal paste round up, including nine popular pastes from heatsink makers, one from an industrial supply company and a slice of American Cheese. They tested the pastes over a range of time to see the performance change as they become cured, both under normal loads as well as overclocking performance. Also included is a link to a video on how to properly apply thermal paste, so [H] tested all pastes with a center drop as well as a thin coat. Head over and see which paste and application method rules the current market.
