The steel enclosure of the SilverStone Element ST70EF 700W power supply features a black matte finish and measures 175mm (6.9”) long, so it should fit into most cases.  The ST70EF PSU uses a single 135mm fan on the bottom for cooling.  The fan speed is automatically controlled by the internal component temperature (speeds up as the combined load and temperature increases) via an onboard PWM speed controller.  The 135mm Yate Loon Electronics fan (D14BH-12) is rated for 0.7A when operating on 12 VDC.

The backside panel includes only a power receptacle and no master power on-off switch.  The open grill structure on the back allows air to exhaust out of the power supply with minimal restriction and turbulence.

There are also two smaller vent openings on the side and front of the PSU
The SST Element 700W PSU comes with a good assortment of hard wired cables, which are covered with black plastic mesh sleeving to the first connector only.  Also note that the sleeving doesn’t go all the way inside the PSU chassis.
