At both 1680×1050 and 1920×1200 the new HD 5870 isn’t able to muster up much more performance than the GTX 285 or even the HD 4890 really with the GTX 295 dominating across the board.  At 2560×1600 though the tables turn slightly and the HD 5870 is only 6% behind the GTX 295 and gets past the GTX 285.

CrossFire continues to impress at high resolutions, getting as a scaling rate as high as 70% and coming in 56% faster than NVIDIA’s GTX 295.

H.A.W.X was definitely one of the more impressive games visually using three monitors in our testing.  See how it looks as I share my thoughts.
