Cooler Master has a new series out that all bear the moniker ‘Storm’, indicating their new Storm Tactics in their construction.  The idea is to provide a compact, rugged case with security features useful when you find yourself at a LAN Party.  The smaller chassis is the Storm Scout which is priced just under $90, an incredible value for the features the case has.  There is an integral handle to make carrying the case a snap, it has a pair of 140mm fans for cooling with the option for another pair of 120mm and while it doesn’t have a removable motherboard tray there is a hole in tje backplate to allow easy swapping of your heatsink.  Drop by InsideHW for a look at this great case.

If you want to meet its big brother, you can find the Storm Sniper at OverclockersHQ; no word on the Storm Heavy as of yet unfortunately.
“Cooler Master Storm product series is intended for gamers and Scout is new addition to that gaming family. After Sniper case, in our test labs arrived Scout: younger and smaller brother of Sniper. It main characteristics are: military stealthy design paired with traditional Cooler Master build quality. Since it shares a lot of features with previously reviewed Sniper we won’t waste your time on describing all of its features…”
