Packaging

NZXT Panzerbox Aluminum Mid-Tower ATX Case Review - Cases and Cooling 39

The Panzerbox comes packaged in a thick cardboard enclosure with some decent graphics that display studio shots of the front of the case pretty well. There’s also a small features list in the top right-hand corner of the front panel that gives consumers an easy-to-read summary of what the Panzerbox is all about.

The back panel of the retail packaging includes another better photo of the case as well as more detailed features about the case. I like how they kept it simple for those users looking for no-nonsense information about the product. Too many times we get caught up with the technical specifications and we should be concerned about what the consumer is looking for and giving them that information up front.

The case itself was secured between two pieces of heavy-duty foam and wrapped in a clear plastic bag. This is quite typical and a common practice among many PC case vendors.

Included Accessories

NZXT bundled the Panzerbox with a few standard accessories we see with my PC cases people purchase like thumb screws, power adapters for fans, motherboard standoffs, and other screws for installing optical bay devices and hard drives.

NZXT also threw in this bracket to install a dual radiator for watercooling. It’s nice to see that they were thinking ahead a bit so PC builders didn’t have to fabricate their own brackets to install custom watercooling systems.

Lastly, NZXT included a detailed user manual with black and white installation photos as well as a nifty optical bay cover to use a 2.5″ device.
