“Like its larger sibling the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, Cooler Master’s Hyper TX3 offers an exceptional value. Its smaller size should ensure no space issues in mid tower cases or nearby motherboard components. Installation is a breeze and makes for a quick cooling upgrade from the processors stock heatsink.”Here are some more Cases & Cooling reviews from around the web:

Tiny little TX3 from Cooler Master
The Cooler Master Hyper TX3
is a small cooler that costs less than $20, putting it in an entirely different class than the 1kg $60 high end coolers. It can compete with some of the other third party coolers but the big benefit is how much better it cools than the stock CPU cooler. It also does it very quietly, even with the PWM controller cranked up to maximum. At 90 x 51 x 139mm, it is tiny enough to fit just about any case you would want it to, so take a peek over at Overclockers Club.
