This set of results coming in for the Core i3-530 doesn’t seem to point us in an impressive direction really.  While the Core i5-661 was one of the slower options available when we tested it earlier in the year, the Core i3-530 is obviously a bit behind even that.  Yes, we can see that again the Clarkdale CPU is falling behind even the aged Core 2 Q8400 processor in some cases but we’ll have to see how the real-world performance falls.
