“Today we have the opportunity to look at a new motherboard from ASRock. Established in 2002, ASRock is a company that is still a bit on the small side when compared to some of the big guns out there. Despite being on the small side I am confident they are planning on making some big waves with the center piece of today’s article, the ASRock X58 Extreme3. The ASRock X58 Extreme3 aims to be a top notch board with a rock bottom price. Coming in at only $199.99 it is currently the only motherboard below the $200 price barrier that offers the most current features. Features such as USB 3.0, SATA 3, and E-SATA3 are going to set the ASRock X58 Extreme3 apart from its low cost brethren!”Here are some more Motherboard articles from around the web:

Bargain price, boutique quality, ASRock gets Extreme
ASRock is probably not the first name that comes to mind when you think extreme LGA1366 performance but it seems they are attempting to change that with the release of their ASRock X58 Extreme3
motherboard. At $199 it is among the least expensive X58 boards on the market but you could hardly tell by the specifications. The standard features are there, like 7.1 audio a pair of PCIe 2.0 x16 slots supporting Crossfire and SLI, a pair of USB 3.0 ports and a pair of SATA 6Gbs ports but you also get features usually reserved for higher end boards like motherboard mounted power, reset and CLRTC buttons with LEDs. Legit Reviews liked the board a lot, especially when their Core i7 920came close to hitting 4.1GHz.
