Once again Thermaltake is using Channel Well Technology (CWT) as their partner to manufacture the new Toughpower XT series. This platform continues to evolve and it will be interesting to see how the performance of the new XT 775W compares to the last Toughpower XT unit we reviewed last year (Toughpower XT 850W).
On the primary side we find a single high-quality Nippon Chemi-Con made electrolytic capacitor rated at 680uF, 400V and 105°C.
The secondary side is populated with Teapo capacitors buried underneath the distribution wiring. The two DC to DC converter modules use solid polymer caps.
