Antec was on hand in Taiwan showing off some current product lines as well as previewing some upcoming ones. Above you can see Antec brought some of the world’s top overclockers to the show to demo some LN2 overclocking using Antec power supplies throughout the week.
For the company’s power supply strategy, Antec is going to consolidate the different series they current run into a pair. The high end model will be called the “High Current Pro” and will be available initially in 1200, 1000, 850 and 750 watt models. All are modular though the 1200w model will be only moderately so. The 1200w model will also be the only one with a smaller, high speed fan because of spacing issues.
This is the lower cost line that will be available in a 900 watt model for around $129 – pretty reasonable.
This is the Antec LanBoy Air chassis that we have been seeing in different iterations for about a year but will finally be available later this summer!
The Dark Fleet DF-85 is a full-ATX case with a total of 14 drive bays, the most impressive of which is located at the top and is 3.5-in hot-swappable!
There are also 4 included hot swap bays in the lower portions of the case making this a very flexible design.
Antec is also working on a smaller version, the DF-35, that has 11 drive bays, two internal 3.5-in hot swap bays and a single 2.5-in top-mounted hot swap bay. It looks similar to the larger model and offers much of the same features.
