Resident Evil 5 does put more of a strain on the PC than you might think and GPU scaling continues to impress with the NVIDIA Fermi-based GF100 cards.  At 1920×1200 the GTX 470s see a 74% increase in the average frame rate by adding in a second GPU while the GTX 480s see a 53% boost.
