ASUS springs a pleasant surprise with an extra large 1920×1200 LCD
The ASUS VW266H
is a super sized 1920×1200 LCD, at 25.5″ viewable area it trumps many other displays by as much as 2″, though the price stays fairly reasonable. While OC3D was reviewing this monitor they had a worry that the extra size might mean the display suffered from fat pixel syndrome, as the pixels get bigger antialiasing is not going to work as well at smoothing out the jaggies. Fortunately that was not the case at all and that fact, along with the plethora of available connectors (except DisplayPort) means that they have no trouble recommending the purchase of this monitor at all.
