Introduction, Features, Technical Specifications
Liquid cooling for CPUs, graphics cards, and even hard drives used to be reserved for hardcore PC enthusiasts who also happened to be the first to paint PC cases and install plexiglass windows and case handles. In 2010, regular Joes like you and me can now have premium, self-contained water coolers for around the cost of a high-end, air-cooled heatsink courtesy of companies like Coolit Systems. Coolit Systems is the original innovator behind this self-contained water cooling systems, and this year at CES 2010 Coolit unveiled an economical water cooler called the ECO Advanced Liquid Cooling System.

The Eco A.L.C.
is a low profile, self contained liquid cooling solution that’s universal to handle all modern Intel and AMD processor socket types including LGA 775, 1156, 1366 and AMD’s AM2+, AM2, and AM3. The overall design also makes it compatible with different PC cases that support micro ATX and ATX motherboards.

The system itself can be had for around $74 (depending on the vendor), which is close to the price of some high-end, air-cooled heatsinks from popular brands like Zalman, Thermalright, and Thermaltake. This water cooler combines CFF1 ceramic-bearing pump, copper micro channel fluid heat exchanger, Coolit’s own low toxicity anti-coolant, and custom 120mm radiator to complete the overall design of the device.

Don’t buy it
I installed this cooling system according to specifications and used the pc for 6 months with no problems. Then I left the pc unused for about 1 year and when I started using it again the video card caught on fire. When I looked inside the water cooling system leaked all the fluid all over the video card and mother board.
