The Lian Li PC-T1R Mini ITX Spider case is what is referred to as a test bench, because it is not enclosed which makes it easy for testers to swap out hardware quickly and easily, without the need to poke around in an enclosed space. That can be a drawback for casual use as the exposed hardware is a magnet for cats, kids and any stray items with the potential to cause a short or jam a fan.
