CineBench 11.5
This rendering benchmark based off of the Cinema 4D engine is a
terrific indicator for multi-threaded processing.
Handbrake
Known mainly for its DVD re-encoding prowess, our test uses the Handbrake
command line interface.
Our Cinebench 11.5 results showed steady performance bumps using the A890GXM-A over the other 790GX/FX chipsets used with the other motherboards in this benchmark. Cinebench is highly CPU intensive, but the ECS board seemed to pull away in both single-threaded and multi-threaded benchmarking.
