The Gigabyte H55N-USB3 uses an American Megatrends Inc. BIOS that has been flashed to BIOS F9 dated 8/20/10, which fixes the following issues:
- Improved memory compatibility
Main menu. First screen users will see after booting into the BIOS.

M.I.T. Current Status menu (Great tool for getting real-time information about the CPU and memory configurations)
Advanced Frequency Settings menu
Advanced CPU Core Features menu (This menu has several power-saving features like C1E and EIST that can be disabled to get higher overclocks)
Advanced Frequency Settings menu
Advanced Memory Settings menu
Channel A Timings Settings under Advanced Memory Settings menu
Advanced Voltage Settings menu
Miscellaneous Settings options under Advanced Voltage Settings menu
Standard CMOS Features menu
Advanced BIOS Features menu
Integrated Peripherals menu (USB 3.0 options are available in this menu)

This was the worst board I
This was the worst board I ever had. Chipset kept overheating in a well ventilated case, causing system to shut down randomly. A bit of online research found that this happened to many other buyers of this case.
AVOID this board at all costs.
