This rendering benchmark based off of the Cinema 4D engine is a terrific indicator for multi-threaded processing.

The single threaded results show that the AMD Bobcat core is much more effective than the Intel Atom architecture as not only does it perform nearly twice as fast but it does it using less power.  With the full threaded test the Atom D510 is able to catch up somewhat thanks to its use of 4 threads (two HyperThreaded cores) to the AMD E-350s 2 threads.

Our first taste of a graphics test shows that the GPU in the E-350 is probably a bit faster than the GPU in the NVIDIA ION chipset.


LAME 3.97a MT MP3 Encoder 

This version of the LAME MP3 encoder is multi-threaded and takes advantage of two threads.

MP3 encoding performance between the AMD E-350 and the Celeron SU2300 is about equal but the Atom D510 falls WAY behind.
