Under the Hood
Here are a few pictures showing the layout and components inside the Antec HCG-900 power supply. The overall layout, build quality and component selection appears to be very good as we have come to expect from Antec.
Two Nippon Chemi-Con capacitors are used on the primary side both rated for 330uF, 420V, and 85°C. Nippon Chemi-Con caps are used on the secondary as well – very nice.
