“Cooler Master is breaking new maketing ground this time around with a “Gamer Xtreme” PSU at 650 watts. Marketing aside, it is packing a 52 amp single rail and a 5 year warranty, so maybe all is not lost on kitschy sales speak. Gag me with a spoon.”Here are some more Cases & Cooling reviews from around the web:

Coolermaster put a lot of effort into the marketing of their new PSU
The box that contains the new Cooler Master GX 650W
certainly had a lot of work put into it, including naming it a Gamer Xtreme model. Upon opening the box, the comment that first came to mind for [H]ard|OCP was that someone at Cooler Master decided that “gamers like gaudy” and ran with it. In fact they put so much effort into the cheesy exterior that they completely ignored the fact that gamers actually like a PSU that provides decent power, to the point where it failed to pass [H]’s tests.
