NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB and AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB Review - Graphics Cards 134
AMD Radeon HD 6950 1GB Reference

Our testing methods and titles have been the same for a couple of months now and include some newer titles.  For our GPU comparisons I have setup two different sets of graphs.  The first will look at how the new GeForce GTX 560 Ti compares to the GTX 460 1GB card as well as the Radeon HD 6870 1GB and the new HD 6950 1GB.  The second set will take a single GTX 560 Ti, an SLI configuration of GTX 560 Ti cards as well as a GTX 570 and GTX 580 to see how the upper end lineup for NVIDIA really looks.

So, for our performance evaluation, you’ll see it setup like this:
  • GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB – $249
  • GeForce GTX 460 1GB – $185
  • Radeon HD 6870 1GB – $229
  • Radeon HD 6950 1GB – $259
As well as:
  • GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB – $249
  • GeForce GTX 560 Ti SLI – $499
  • GeForce GTX 570 1.25GB – $349
  • GeForce GTX 580 1.5GB – $499

Here is our test system setup for the benchmarks:

  • Testing Configuration
