Our Settings for Battlefield 3

Here is our testing run through the game, for your reference.

Both SLI and CrossFire scale very well at 1680×1050 and 1920×1080 but we once again see the problem where the HD 7950 refuses to scale in Battlefield 3 at 2560×1600.  Having seen this also in our first look at Radeon HD 7970 CrossFire, we know that this isn’t a hardware bug with our configuration but instead the problem lies with AMD and its software team.  At the 1080p setting though, the AMD HD 7950 3GB CrossFire configuration improves by 95% which is exceptional value for the added cost of the second card and is actually better than what NVIDIA’s GTX 580 SLI can do.
