Rosewill RK-9000 v2 Accuracy & Precision Trials

This page shows the benchmark that went into the data on the previous page. It is useful if you want to see how a specific keyboard fails, but the summarized chart tells you more about how the keyboard itself performs.

During this benchmark, human error could be a big problem. As a result, if the card slipped from the keyboard the trial is redone whether it was a success or a failure. About ten to fifteen trials were done before each test as practice.

On the reverse test, some trials were ignored (hence why the left-to-right trial was out of 155 where the right-to-left was out of 135). I could easily have collected the data on those trials by inputting them into notepad or checking the spreadsheet input. The problem was not with collecting the data, it was with displaying some combinations such as -0987. I decided that it was easier to just omit those tests rather than having you rely on my word that the keyboard was right or wrong.

Skip the raw data and check out the Single-Button speed benchmarks.
