3DMark11 paints the new HD 7870 in a pretty light as it is able to beat out the GTX 570 without much issue and actually ties the performance of the GTX 580 at the Extreme preset!

The Radeon HD 7850 continues its performance lead over the GTX 560 Ti though it loses in both presets to the GTX 570.
