The Seasonic SS-350M1U power supply is rated for a combined, continuous output power of up to 350 watts. Unfortunately there is no mention of the rated operating temperature on the PSU labels or in the specifications. The unit features DC-to-DC converters, Active PFC and comes with fully modular cables.

The modular cables that come with the SS-350M1U power supply are divided into two groups. The two connectors on the PSU end each have a different number of pins to insure the proper cables are plugged into the correct connector.

Am i wrong in thinking this looks a lot like ye old Dell xps/optiplex PSUs. I am not at all familiar with server PSUs.
