Here is our testing run through the game, for your reference.

It’s not even close here guys – the new GeForce GTX 690 simply runs away the performance advantage.  Compared to the single GTX 680 card, the GTX 690 is 72% faster at 1920×1080 and 77% faster at 2560×1600.  In our NVIDIA Surround, multi-display testing, that difference is 73%.  Compared to the GTX 590 and HD 6990, again the competition isn’t close.  What is maybe more noteable is how close in performance the GTX 680 is either of those options.

Now as we compare the GTX 690 to 680s in SLI and HD 7970s in CrossFire, we see some interesting results.  At 1080p and 2560×1600 the pair of standard GTX 680s runs about 4.5% faster though at 5760×1080 they are dead even.  The HD 7970s in CF have a problem running at 2560×1600 that is driver-based but do in fact come out ahead with Eyefinity.
