Ill be honest, this is the
Ill be honest, this is the best podcast out there in my opinion and I listen to em all. Anan dosen’t do his enough, you guys toss around the actual hardware discussion like NOBODY does and its not even like its that tough, on the video podcast when you guys pull out actual hardware its like nerd porn lol, everybodys dynamic works, that’s the key, you guys know how to actually speak and have real conversations that other people, other podcasts feel pieced together, you guys feel organic.
The reason this all came about is because I watched the podcast and was the best “year” review I’v listened to/watched because I didn’t even know I was listening to a “year” episode, was the normal podcast, no matter what the theme of the show is or the goal, it just works. Keep it up, you guys give us all info and entertainment.

Hey, thank *you* for watching! This is why we do it.

Enjoyed the show! Being new at this, I felt SSD’s were the story of the year, by SSD’s becoming more affordable and thus more mainstream. The price of memory today is amazing. Thanks guys for a great show!
Awesome podcast as always and
Awesome podcast as always and my favourite tech podcast. TWICH is great too.
I only have one bone to pick and that is your GPU choice. I am no fanboy, I have 2x HD6870s and 2 GTX 680s. I am not sure if you are aware of the micro stutter problems inherent in the 7xxx series cards as illustrated by the TechReport, it is a deal breaker to me. I’d rather have smoother frame rates over troughs and spikes, of course that is just my opinion. 🙂
Great podcast,really enjoyed!

happy holidays to you all!
happy holidays to you all! Another fine year in hardware coverage. I know it’s newer and uses a little less power but for high end gaming pc’s (where one could almost assume some over clocking) the much matured revisions of the 2600k and 2700k CPU’s will almost always beat a 3770k at best oc. Due to the thermal limits, vcore limits and power hungry nature (compared to IB) of these SB i7 parts they are IMHO a better choice for best CPU. The ivy bridge parts cost more and tend to oc not as well and thus, come in 2nd for the best i7 for a gaming build. I’ll humbly point to the current [H]ard test system for benchmarking games and testing image quality- which uses a z77 mono paired w a heavily oc’d 2600k. I promise I’m not playing favorites because my 2600k will do 5.2ghz+ on air @ 1.5vcore. In fact most b3/c2 revisions tend to have this same potential. Thanks again for another great years guys!
Nice podcast, hehe, Josh
Nice podcast, hehe, Josh ROCK!!
Other point on why REDs maybe
Other point on why REDs maybe fail more could be that people use them in desktop or software raid without TLER support.
REDs are meant to be used in a hardware raid environment, and not meant for the desktop or software raid, the wrong use of the drives will give a lot of problems over time i think.
Nice Podcast, very
Nice Podcast, very educational. AMD should get there technology up and better than it is because I’ve been reading some reviews that show AMD is going down!!!
When is AMD going to bring out a processor for the 2011 socket!
P.S AMD Compete, I’m a PC gamer!
