It can take a bit for YouTube to process videos once they’re uploaded. The upload then needs to propagate to the CDN. HD takes longer to process so lower quality variants are available first.

So you’re not a competitive gamer then?
Ips are highly overated for gaming but for other work are ofc, better. Seems everyone and their dog jumps on the “oh noes it’s a TN” bandwagon lately. I guess it’s the trendy thing to do when someone wants to appear knowledgeable, when in fact it does quite the opposite. I prefer no smeary images when playing fast paced fps and TN is the only current, common panel tech that comes close to doing that.
On the subject of
On the subject of mantle/dx12. I believe mantle will be around for awhile. When dx11 came out there was really only a handful of games that used it for years. So unless dx12 comes out with some serious special effects etc., I think games developing using dx12 will lag behind a couple of years after DX12 releases. With Mantle you got some companies already deciding to use it, and mantle hasn’t been around long at all and isn’t bug free yet. In my own option there is a lot of momentum going forward with Mantle. With DX12 not so much, because nobody knows anything yet. If DX12 was something special they would release more info about it, to discourage any more companies to jump on board with Mantle. This is my personal take on it.
