The new version of Chrome can now supports 64-bit if you so choose to install that version of Google's browser. The ability to address more memory is not the only benefit to this new version, it is also optimized for the P9 codec used for Youtube HD which The Inquirer was told now processes 15% more quickly and they agreed that it felt generally faster when using the new browser to surf. The new version should also offer improved protection from memory layout vulnerabilities so it is certainly worth using on your 64 bit machine.

We usually complain about this or that hardware manufacturer and their inability to bring demanded improvement, but they are gods when compared to software developers. To, at this day and age, publish software that is incapable of using mutitreading (introduce in 2004) and 64 bit architecture (2003) is a f*** disgrace!
Honestly sometimes I wonder why Intel and AMD even bother introducing advance features such as TSX, AVX, HSA… when damn incompetent and useless software developers will never actually use them.
I’m guessing they’re pushing
I’m guessing they’re pushing this now that phones are going 64bit.
AMD / Intel release new features to appeal to consumers. You have to have the ability to do something to do something. AMD / Intel provide the ability, and whatever sticks is passed on to users.

PLAYERS THAT HAVE CHOSEN TO
PLAYERS THAT HAVE CHOSEN TO INSTALL THE LATEST 64-BIT VERSION OF GOOGLE CHROME WILL NOT CURRENTLY BE ABLE TO PLAY BATTLEFIELD VIA BATTLELOG ON PC. WE ARE WORKING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. IN THE MEANTIME, WE ARE ENCOURAGING AFFECTED USERS TO DOWNGRADE TO THE 32-BIT VERSION OF GOOGLE CHROME OR USE ANOTHER WEB BROWSER. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
This is one of the reason why 64 bit browsers are in slow motion.
No self-respecting gamer
No self-respecting gamer should care about EA or DICE anymore. The lack of safeguards against hacking in their games and their payrolled cheaters on Youtube, Twitch, and so-called pro gamers are a disgrace.
