The ECS LIVA is currently on sale at NewEgg for $165 after instant rebate and you can knock another $33 of that price until August 31st with the code LIVADISC.
This tiny little machine contains a Bay Trail-M N2807 @ 1.58GHz, 2GB of DDR3L and 32GB eMMC storage with 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 thanks to the NGFF card installed in the M.2 slot. As you can see below it has both HDMI and D-Sub ports which can be used simultaneously and has onboard stereo audio thanks to the Realtek ALC282. It only draws 15W and is completely fanless, making it a perfect HTPC. You can get the full specs from ECS here.

I wish there was a vresion of this with a Beema or a Mullins chip, im not going to ask for full blown kabini, too high power consumption for a fanless system, but a Beema/Mullins chip would make me happy
Yeah, Beema would be nice.
Yeah, Beema would be nice. And mini-DisplayPort would be much more interesting than HDMI and *shudder* VGA.
Beema for better graphics, at
Beema for better graphics, at less cost. Even with a fan and Kabini, if the price is low enough, LAN them up together and use them as a render farm, or hobbyist’s computing cluster. There is going to be an explosion of the AMD APU based system, with this form factor, and Better graphics that experimenters will buy, 4 or more at a time, of these units, for cluster/networking/Etc. software development, and render farm uses, and AMDs use of more HSA aware hardware, and better GPUs will allow for more GPGPU processing to be done, than Intel’s contra revenued, and still overpriced, with weak graphics/GPGPU rebranded ATOMs. And eventually AMD will have its custom Wide order superscalar(6+, IPC) ARMv8 ISA based SOCs in the market, with all the efficiency, and die space saved, AMD could dedicate more space and power budget towards more GPU execution resources.
If they could get something like this battery powered, and the ability to Headlessly serve to a tablet, with the tablet remoting in wirelessly, they could sell millions. I will sure be looking at the spces. to see if there are any external battery packs that can power this device, or maybe a case mod to fit a battery in this device, but something like this with a built in/removable battery, and wifi, would get my money fast.
These little PicoBoxes will become very popular.
