Metro: Last Light – Multi-GPU

Metro: Last Light (DirectX 11)

Beneath the ruins of post-apocalyptic Moscow, in the tunnels of the Metro, the remnants of mankind are besieged by deadly threats from outside – and within.

Mutants stalk the catacombs beneath the desolate surface, and hunt amidst the poisoned skies above. A civil war is stirring that could wipe humanity from the face of the earth forever.

As Artyom, burdened by guilt but driven by hope, you hold the key to our survival – the last light in our darkest hour…

Though single GPU performance was a tie between the GTX 980 and the R9 290X, the multi-GPU results show a different story. Average frame rates are higher on the R9 290X cards in CrossFire (just barely) though the frame variance is lower with the GTX 980, resulting in a smoother experience.
