Common Fibers carbon fiber wallet
This started out as a Kickstarter, and I've been enjoying mine. Be sure to get the Max if you want to be able to use it like a normal wallet. The Slim is much smaller and only holds a few credit cards / ID.
ASUS ROG Swift

1440P, 27", 144 Hz for when you're fast, G-Sync for when you're slow. I bought two for myself. Keep an eye on stock at Amazon and pick it up if you can catch it in stock! Reviewed by Ryan here.
Intel SSD 730 Series SSD
Very good price one the fastest SSDs we've ever tested!

Ah, the Christmas season is upon us once again! Time to dust off those end-of-year bonuses (or those lucky enough to receive a severance package)!
Grado Prestige SR225e
I like good audio. I have been impressed by my old set of Grado SR125 headphones since I bought them way back in 2004. Well, there is a refreshed version of the line that was released in the last few years, and they are pretty heavenly to listen to. I am using the Grado SR225e models, and I think for the money they are outstanding.
MSI R9 290X GAMING (4GB)
The release of the GTX 900 series of cards from NVIDIA caused prices on all other products to tumble. This has made the R9 290X a very, very interesting card. These can often be found on special for around $300 US. MSI seems to make a pretty solid unit with good cooling (a definite must for the R9 290X GPU). It looks good, performs well, and seems to be well built. The latest gaming bundles for them aren't bad either.
Samsung 850 Pro (512 GB)
My final selection is of course a SSD. Samsung took a few hits lately with their 840 EVO debacle, but they more than made up for it with a fix and the introduction of this number. The 850 Pro is probably the most advanced SSD on the market, and the performance backs up that claim. We also should see better overall longevity because of the design of the 3D NAND. It is a little pricier than others, but it will be a fast unit for a long, long time.

I don’t think the 980 is a good choice, not at a 70% markup vs. the maybe 5-15% slower 970.
At that point, and if you’re willing to spend that sort of money, just go ahead and get two 970s, IMHO.

I think it only makes sense refurb’d.
A bit ago I seen them for like 200-250ish somewhere.
But I wanted to try new AMD Tech on a 285.
First one I got needs to go back for RMA..
It crashes in seconds in any dx11+ title. : (
Tried everything! Oh wellz.
It gave me Space Citizen, I’ll be patient.

It cannot launch dX11+ titles. No matter what.. HAAA !
Oh life. AT LEAST IT’S NOT A DRIVER ISSUE. >.>
It probably really is.. They just have no fix.
Or a graphics bios, which they had no suggestions for.
280, yes. 290, yes. 285, nope!
As long as they send me back a functional one on the first try.
At that point I think I just got a new coffee coaster.
