The overall look of the is quite nice, traces are covered and the simplistic black and silver colour scheme will appeal to those of us who prefer simplicity to dancing LEDs.  However [H]ard|OCP was somewhat disappointed by the vertically aligned SATA ports and the lack of Steel Armor PCI-E reinforcement on the third PCIe slot, however some sacrifices needed to be made to bring the price down to around $160.  MSI did keep their 11 power phases, Military Class 4 components and energy efficient dark chokes, far more important to performance than what they did omit.  Check out the full review to see the UEFI screens and overall performance of this Gold Award winning board.
